Lekker Apps (Pty) Ltd operates digital marketplace platforms that connect customers with independent third-party suppliers.

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled.


2. Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Before the supplier has accepted the order (full refund applies)
  • Within the permitted cancellation window, where applicable

Once an order has been accepted and preparation or fulfilment has begun, cancellation may not be possible or may result in a partial refund.


3. Supplier Cancellations

If a supplier cancels an order due to unavailability, operational issues, or other valid reasons:

  • The customer will receive a full refund
  • Where possible, an alternative supplier may be offered

4. Late Cancellations

Late cancellations may occur when:

  • The order has already been prepared
  • The order has been dispatched
  • Delivery is in progress

In such cases, refunds may not be granted or may be partially refunded at the discretion of Lekker Apps, in accordance with our Refund Policy.


5. Failed Collections

If an order is placed for collection and the customer fails to collect within the agreed time:

  • The order may be considered fulfilled
  • Refunds may not be granted

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain situations, including but not limited to force majeure events, system errors, or payment issues, Lekker Apps reserves the right to review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.


7. Changes to Orders

Modifications to orders after confirmation are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier approval.
